Finally a new post! Publication News!
Thank you to Please See Me for including one of my short stories in their “Heroes” issue. Please See Me is a wonderful online literary journal with a health focus. The issue is packed with fascinating content – link here: https://pleaseseeme.com
Two Speeds is a short reflection on the contrast between the pace of experience in the emergency room and the pace of life as a new parent. The piece came into being all the way back in 2020, through a writing workshop at University of Toronto called A Rooster for Asclepius. Thanks to facilitator Damian Tarnopolsky and the Rooster group for your insights!
I want to acknowledge the long absence from this site, but rest assured I’ve been busy writing – more to share soon!
