The Next Chapter

2023 was many things, but if nothing else it was a banner year for my development as a writer.

I was lucky enough to have short stories published in Canadian Family Physician, Pulse magazine, and The COVID Journals anthology from University of Alberta Press.

I was also lucky enough to participate in the Humber School for Writers Summer Workshop, a fantastic week learning from first-rate authors. This week inspired me to be ambitious with my writing goals, and demystified so much of how writing and the publishing industry works.
